The Manor of Rohan:
A Renaissance residence rich in history and charm

The Manoir de Rohan, otherwise known as Villa Marie-Emilie, is an architectural gem dating from the sixteenth century in Allouville-Bellefosse in Normandy. This majestic residence, built of brick, stone and flint, has its origins in the domain of the Château de Bellefosse. According to legend, it was erected by Antoine or Louis Desmares de Bellefosse and Rohan, hence its current name. Formerly owned by the Marquis de La Faulotte, the manor was eventually bequeathed to the commune, which decided to sell it.
